saturday
Hi! i am Niranjan, a 12 year old class 8 student. Today was my parent teacher meeting and i was pissed off. Today i got my report card and my marks. Its not that i am a bad student but i didnt perform well this term and i was gonna pay the price. my mom wanted to see the marks and some subjects weren't so impressive. i got 54 out of 80 in hindi and 45/60 in spanish. The others werent so bad. I got 77/80 in socials and 73/80 in science. Maths ended up to be 66 and english 70(that aint bad cause in eng. i got the second highest marks.). I expected my pal Shivam to be around at that time and he really showed up. He has also got the almost the same marks and thus it wont be a big deal. my school is an only boys school so dont expect a nerdy girl getting all A1.My best friend Mayank or even Shaurya didnt show up, i wanted to see their grades. Anyway, that part of the day went fine- if you say better than expected. But the real issue was the one with my elder brother Adityan. He is in eleventh and he is never able to handle the huge syllabus and stress that he aint want to study. Today morning tere was this great fuss between mom and dad about my brother.it feels so odd, just sitting at the back of your car and listening to a useless conversation between mom and dad which every time ends with no final solution. my brother aint dumb too, he was a ten pointer in class ten i.e. he got all A1's. the problem is that the drastic change between class ten and eleven is huge and he is not able to cope up. Dad and i had a talk about my brother yesterday when we were going to his art exhibition of this artist named 'Ghulam Muhammad Seikh'. His paintings were a bit impressive. Like he painted some on indian myth and i am a fan of indian myth. He painted these huge paintings which i could not understand from far behind but when i went close to it i found that he had drawn hundreds of sketches in one. Like how can someone find time to do these huge paintings for a living. Dont they have jobs to do? Anyway, hten we went to this uncle who was talking about something that happened in Limbia. Later when they were talking about Adi the uncle said that his daughter also had a lot of problems in class 11 and did not have any intrest in the studies but later in12th the interest came up and she studied. Thats what i hope will happen to my brother. Anyway, i go to this institute called Aakash for studies i today i have to go there for four and a half hours. Now i have to eat breakfast and then take a bath, then a friend will be coming by to hang out.
